We are now processing the F1D (Workation/Digital Nomad) long-stay visa for South Korea. This visa will allow you to obtain a local ID card and reside in the country for up to three years. This type of residency can then be changed to another.

Updated July 13, 2026: The program rules were recently adjusted. This isn't a major change to the terms and conditions, but rather a matter of regulating the details of the process. Earnings requirements have been graded based on place of residence. The number of years of residence allowed without leaving the country has also been increased.
